Farewell, our beloved Chiara

It was with a heavy heart that we had to let our wonderful Chiara (Mc Mell's Chiara de Fleur) go today. She was not only the oldest in our pack, but our first Coton de Tulear, the beginning of everything.

As a puppy, Chiara brought so much light, love and life into our home. With her cheerful, bright personality, she took us by storm and laid the foundation for our deep passion for this special breed. She was full of energy, always with a joyful sparkle in her eyes that brightened up even the grayest of days.

But over the years, the lively Chiara turned into a cozy, greedy bon vivant who loved to be near her family - always with a contented look and a soft snoring that became the sound of home for us. She was our haven of peace, an unshakeable constant who was always there, no matter what.

Chiara has shaped our family like no other dog. She not only brought us together, but also showed us how much love a single being can carry. She was the heart of our dogs and always will be - the matriarch who brought our love for the breed to life.

Now, after 15 years and 8 months, she has crossed the Rainbow Bridge, and although our house has become a little emptier, she lives on - in every descendant, in every warm thought and in every memory she has left us.

Dear Chiara, you were the beginning of everything and will always remain our queen. Run free, wherever you are now. And if there are chips there, then we know you're happy.
